 RULES                          
 (ENTRY FEE $3 EACH)

1.  Artist must be student in grades 7-12.
2.  Artist will be limited to a total of three entries with a fee of $3.00 per entry.
3.  Artist will be limited to one entry per lot.
4.  Paintings, drawings, or prints must be either framed or matted and wrapped in acetate or entry will not be accepted.
No saw tooth hangers or pre-fab attachments allowed. Size of entry may not exceed 3 feet by 3 feet, including sculptures.
5.  All work must be original and have been created entirely by the artist within the last year (since the 2009 Fair).
Copies of paintings, kits, or any work that has been exhibited previously in the Fair will be disqualified.
6.  The Fair reserves the right to refuse entries. Entries will be exhibited according to space available.
7.  All rules of the Fair apply to this show.
8. Reasonable care will be used at all times in handling entries, but entries will not be insured. Neither the
Alabama National Fair, the Montgomery Kiwanis Club, or the State of Alabama will be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever.
9.  Judging by a qualified judge will take place before the Fair opens.

ENTERING AND PICKING UP EXHIBITS
10. Entries will be received in the Cultural Arts Center located behind the Coliseum Thursday, September 30th from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday, October 1st, from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
11. Entries must be identified with name, address, and medium on back of the entry.
12. Entries may not be removed from the exhibit until Monday, October 18th, between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Any artwork not picked up by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 19, 2010, will be discarded.
