Sam's Club, WSFA12 News and the Alabama National Fair and Agricultural Exposition will be hosting the 3rd Annual Salute to America's Veterans event on Friday, October 8, 2010.  This year the Korean War Veterans will be honored with a special program.  The program will be held on the main stage in Garrett Coliseum and will begin at 6:00 p.m.  All military personnel are admitted free, inlcuding active, retired, and National Guard. Reserved seating for all Korean War Veterans and their families will be located on the floor in front of the stage. This year's salute will include special music by the Huntingdon College Band, Lela Brown, and the Gracenotes.  The program will also include speeches from Korean War Veterans Will Hill Tankersley and Emory Folmar.
